I have never rented a bounce house and I was throughly impressed by how smooth the process was. The customer service was excellent and anytime there were questions they were available and willing to answer. They were also upfront with scheduling conflicts and made us well aware before confirming the reservation. If your looking for a place to rent, this is the spot. Also their selection of bounce houses were great and reasonably priced.

I definitely recommend using this company for any event you have. I called them last minute because a different company did not show up for my event like I had scheduled so I called B&B Bounce & Jump and even though it was last minute they were very nice about it and at my event within 30 minutes. They saved the day for all the kiddos, I am very thankful & will definitely be using them again!

B&B Bounce and Jump went above and beyond for us at Bushnell Elementary! We originally had smaller slides reserved because their other slides were already booked. They were able to pull some strings and find bigger slides for us! Our students had a blast and we are looking forward to working with B&B Bounce and Jump for our end of year water day celebration next year! thank you for you excellent service and amazing water slides! I would definitely recommend B&B Bounce and Jump to anyone.

We rented the Double Bowser and we were not disappointed! The kids absolutely loved it and had a blast all day. It was worth every penny we spent. Mike and Lucinda provided good quality equipment and awesome customer service! We will be recommending them to everyone for their party needs!

We booked a little last minute but they answered right away and had a slide reserved with just one call. Delivery was right on time, pickup was as well. We rented the ruby red slide and had kids from 6-16 on it and all had a blast! We’ll definitely be using B&B again.

Y’all, they went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined! As a mother of 3 rambunctious boys, this bouce house was PERFECT for allowing them to Jump off all of that energy! The kiddos couldn’t wait to jump on it and during the party we even had to drag them off of it just to get them to eat! Even the big kids joined in the fun!

During the course of the time we had the bouce house, there was a problem that caused the blower to stop working….all we had to do was call Lucinda and she sent her son out with new equipment to get it all back up and running! Excellent Customer Service, Amazing People, and an all around Great Company! We will definitely be using them in the future! 💙
